Real Prayer
Sunday 12th July

Ordinary Prayer

Most meaningful conversations with God happen in the everyday, ordinary parts of life. There is no single right way to pray. It does not need to be complicated or scripted. We will be talking about how to find God in the ordinary moments of your week, and why starting small is often the best place to begin.
Faith-Filled Prayer

We believe prayer is powerful and that God is able to do far more than we could ever ask or imagine. This week is an encouragement to bring our biggest hopes and hardest situations to God with genuine expectation, trusting that He hears us and that He moves.

There are real obstacles that get in the way of prayer, distractions, doubt, disappointment, and feeling like we are not good enough. The good news is none of these have to stop us. This week we are talking honestly about what gets in the way of prayer and how we can keep showing up to God anyway, even when it feels hard or unclear.

Some prayers are quick and simple, and others come from somewhere much deeper, a real burden or longing for something to change. This week is about learning to pray with that kind of depth, partnering with God for the things we long to see change in our lives, our city, and the people we love.
Corporate Prayer

In the early church, we see believers gathering again and again to pray together, and incredible things happened because of it. Praying alongside others reminds us we are not alone, gives us words when we cannot find our own, and brings people together in a way that personal prayer alone cannot.

You can park for free at the Ridge Street Public Parking and access the community centre from the level 1 walk bridge
Northern Beaches Location
We have plenty of onsite parking, special parking spots for guests. Look to your left as you enter and you’ll see the guest parking area.
Upper North Shore Location
Free 3-hour parking at Westfield Shopping Centre.
