Q3 Impact Report

Each quarter we take a moment to pause and celebrate what God is doing through the generosity
of our Vision Builders across Sydney, Australia, and around the world. This update highlights
some of the key ways your giving is making a tangible difference in communities locally,
nationally, and globally.

Supporting Families and Expanding Our Reach

Our vision for Sydney remains clear: we want to see thriving families across our city.
A key part of that mission is our ongoing partnership with Mission Australia, an organisation
committed to supporting vulnerable individuals and families with practical care and long-term
stability.

In 2025 alone, Mission Australia supported more than 140,000 people and helped house almost
8,000 individuals across Australia, many of whom are based right here in Sydney. These numbers
represent real people and real stories, families finding stability, individuals receiving support
during difficult seasons, and communities being strengthened through practical care.
Alongside this partnership, we have continued to strengthen our Digital Reach Strategy. Today,
many people engage with church online before they ever attend a physical service. Through
intentional digital communication and content, we are extending our reach well beyond our
buildings and creating meaningful entry points for people exploring faith.

We saw the impact of this particularly during the Christmas season, where we experienced higher-than-average guest numbers across our services. Many of these guests first connected with us online before ever walking through our doors, highlighting the growing importance of digital engagement in helping people discover church.

Investing in Regional Leadership

Under our Australia pillar, we are passionate about strengthening the Church in the rural and
remote regions of our nation.

We are excited to announce that the dates have now been set for our next trip to Central NSW,
where we will once again partner with Hope Community Church in Condobolin.

During this visit we will be running a Leadership Express for emerging leaders from across
regional New South Wales. The goal of this initiative is to encourage, equip, and invest in leaders
serving in rural communities, places where resources can sometimes be limited but where
faithful leadership has a powerful impact.

By strengthening leaders in regional Australia, we believe we are helping strengthen entire
communities.

Transforming Lives Through Education and Opportunity

Globally, we continue to partner with organisations that are creating lasting change in
communities across Africa.

Through World Vision, our church is currently supporting 50 children in Rwanda. A key focus of this partnership is education, because education opens doors to opportunity and has the power
to transform communities for generations.

We are also excited that Ps Alex and Jessen will be travelling to Rwanda in May to see firsthand the impact of this partnership and to strengthen our relationships on the ground. We also continue to support the work of East Africa Entrepreneur Training (EAET), an organisation committed to equipping local leaders through business and leadership development

Their approach goes beyond traditional business training. EAET focuses on three core outcomes:

• Developing a strong Theology of Money
• Helping entrepreneurs grow an intimate relationship with God
• Providing practical training and skills development for sustainable business

Through this model, faith and enterprise come together to create long-term economic and
cultural transformation.

We are also pleased to share that we are continuing to make strong progress on the Central West Kids Facility upgrade. Creating environments where children and families can connect, grow in faith, and build community remains a major priority for our church. Alongside this, we continue to steward our finances carefully as we position ourselves for future building acquisition opportunities that will help support the long-term growth and reach of our church.

Vision Builders Dinner 2026

We are excited to announce that the 2026 Vision Builders Dinner will be held on June 19 at our C3 SYD Northern Beaches location. This is always a significant night in the life of our church as we gather to celebrate what God has done and look ahead to what He is calling us to build next. Make sure to save the date.

Thank You

To every Vision Builder, thank you for your faith and generosity. Your giving is helping impactfamilies in Sydney, strengthen leaders across Australia, and bring transformation to communities around the world.

If you are new to our church or have not yet become part of Vision Builders, we would love to invite you to get involved.

Together, we are building something that is making a real difference locally, nationally, and
globally.
